A Fast-Start Program of Operational Cost Control

It's sad but true...labor turnover saps your organizations efficiency, training budgets, and productivity.  The fact is labor turnover is a self-perpetuating dilemma that has plagued American business and industry for generations.   In most operations, turnover seems to be a revolving door, with replacement employees less skilled and less qualified that the ones who leave your organization.

 It is only commons sense, many people leave their job because they don't feel valued as a member of the work team.  Subsequently, the supervisor has the greatest degree of impact on turnover reduction.  This workshop is aimed at quickly identifying and isolating turnover areas, and focusing on the root causes.  

The good news...Supervisors will leave the workshop fully equipped to tackle specific issues that perpetuate the turnover problem in their respective operations.   The simple fact is...Labor Turnover can be remarkably reduced by the supervisor's understanding and positive, corrective action.

Please Note: This is a hard-working, no-non-sense 2 1/2 day program sharply focused on the identification and correction of labor turnover issues.  This learning experience is intense, and requires participants to analyze relevant workplace issues and factors that negatively effect productivity.
