Charles Putnam - Hispanic Culture and Language Trainer

Charlie has spent a lifetime working with foreign languages and cultures. After completing his formal education with a Bachelor in Spanish from UNC-C and a Bachelor in Behavioral/Social Science from the University of Maryland, Charlie spent many years as a Linguist for the US Air Force.

Since retiring from the service, Charlie has taught for the NC Community College system and developed his course on Dealing with Hispanic Employees for Star Leadership Development.

Charlie has excellent classroom skills and understands that the management dilemma is magnified when crossing cultural and language barriers.
