in Communication

 

A unique, high-impact humorous presentation of gender issues which commonly block effective communication and lead to numerous workplace misunderstandings.  

Topics include:  Understanding the differences in men's and women's brain, nurturing process, and historical development of behavior.  Understanding how this conditioning plays out in everyday life.

Day 4

Employee Motivation

Direct, to-the-point application of high-impact leadership skills to enhance employee motivation and teamwork effectiveness.

Topics include: Techniques of Positive Progressive Discipline, Developing and Enhancing Self-Esteem In Employees, and Improving Attendance/ Developing Positive Work Habits:

Day 5

Productivity Enhancement

Down-to-earth approach to productivity, team dynamics and group effectiveness, including inter-active team-building skills.

Topics include: Coaching; Problem Solving Techniques and Effective Delegation.

Day 6

Legal Aspects of Supervision

A practical examination of workplace harassment issues, union avoidance, and effectively dealing with difficult people.

Topics include: Understanding & Preventing Sexual Harassment; Workplace Safety; Union Awareness and Union Avoidance.
