This course is designed to provide the skills and experience needed to successfully manage projects from initiation to completion, and leading post review meetings to share lessons learned and improve processes for future projects.  The program highlights skill areas of: targeting end objectives, project staffing, tracking progress, communicating clearly, the elements of successful project management (scope, budget, resources, and schedule), project prioritization, project quality management, managing change, and project management tools.
